BELLE: This past Sunday we decided to have a BYOB brunch. A friend came over, bringing her own banana (BYOB), and we made some delicious pancakes.
We first made some plain ones, and later we made some with some walnuts and some chocolate chips.
Here we have a mighty fine pancake flipped by yours truly.
We put the pancakes in the oven in order to keep them nice and toasty. We made a double batch of the recipe since we had two bananas.
We finished off the pancakes with a bunch of different toppings. Peanut Butter, Vegan Butter, Lingonberry Jam, and Agave all had these pancakes taste DELICIOUS.
Now finally, the moment everyone was waiting for, how we made it happen, the recipe!

Vegan Banana Pancakes
Serves: 2
1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup Soymilk
1 Tbsp Sugar
First we mixed all of the dry ingredients together in one bowl, than the milk and banana in another. We then mashed up the banana with the soy milk, then mixed in the ingredients. After that, we added some water in order to make the batter more runny. Finally, we did some pouring and flipping, finishing off with some delicious pancakes!
